Wellness Labs Q&A

  • It is required that you fast for 8 hours before several tests. If you do not fast, some of your biomarkers may be skewed. We recommend a morning test.

  • No, Orange MD does not diagnose at this time with the Wellness labs. However a clinician will review the labs comprehensively and include insights with a detailed written clinician summary.

  • We’d be thrilled to have you as a patient at Orange MD and we will waive the enrollment fee for you. If you're interested, you can easily sign up through our website, or feel free to reach out if you need any assistance with the process.

  • After the lab visit, you can anticipate receiving your results within 1 week. 

  • Once all results are ready, a clinician will review them comprehensively, and you can expect their notes to be delivered to you via email or our secure messaging system Spruce Health.

  • Licensed clinicians both authorize your tests and review every result. A clinician's review is provided to you, along with your results.

  • A doctor will call you if there are any emergency results. Otherwise, you can download your results and share with a doctor of your choice anytime.

  • Yes. You can download a results PDF to share with a doctor. You will see this when you login after your test results have arrived.

  • A healthcare provider will call you immediately if there is a critical result.
